Already know the work you want Planning Geek to undertake, such as an application, certificate, appeal or enforcement response? Ask us for a fee proposal.

You can start anywhere. PLAN is a guide, not a requirement to buy four services. If you already know that you need a Planning Review or a planning application, go straight there.

Zoom credit: if you have a paid Zoom consultation before we issue a fee proposal and you then instruct Planning Geek to prepare the same planning application for the same site, we will deduct the cost of one Zoom consultation from our professional fee for that application. Zoom consultations booked after a fee proposal has been issued, or after instruction, are additional consultancy and are not credited.

Planning Review: this is a standalone paid piece of professional work. Its fee is not automatically deducted from later work, although any later fee will reflect work already completed where it can genuinely be reused.
