This form is for people who already know the piece of planning work they want Planning Geek to undertake.
If you want to talk through possibilities, compare options or decide what to do next, a paid Zoom consultation is usually the better starting point. If you need a defined site-specific planning question investigated and answered in writing, our Planning Review service may be the better starting point.
If you are ready for a fee proposal, continue below. The form adapts to your answers, so most people only see a few short sections. If you are unsure which planning route applies, choose the closest option and tell us more as you go.
We review enough information about the site and your requirements, at no charge, to understand the work involved and prepare an appropriate fee proposal. This is a scoping review only and does not include a planning appraisal, research into the site’s planning history or site-specific planning advice.
We aim to send most fee proposals within 5 working days, and straightforward requests are often dealt with sooner. Where a proposal needs input from the consultant best placed to undertake the work or requires more detailed scoping, please allow up to 10 working days.
If you have a paid Zoom consultation before we issue a fee proposal and you then instruct Planning Geek to prepare the same planning application for the same site, we will deduct the cost of one Zoom consultation from our professional fee for that application. Zoom consultations booked after a fee proposal has been issued, or after instruction, are additional consultancy and are not credited.
