Part 10: Repairs to services
This section (repairs to services) allows for the work to any sewer, pipe, cable etc beneath the ground.
There isn’t a lot to Part 10 – yet it is one of the more important, albeit silent permitted development rights. For without it we might struggle.
It is so simple that the one part doesn’t even have an explanation in the Class name.
But despite that, it still has its own page here on Planning Geek!
