If you need planning advice rather than a quotation for a defined piece of work, a Zoom or telephone consultation with Ian Walmsley is usually the quickest way to talk through the problem and work out the next step.
Choose either a 30-minute or 60-minute session below and then select an available time. The meeting can be used for a proposed development, permitted development question, refusal, appeal, enforcement issue, change of use, rural project or another planning matter.
If what you actually need is for Planning Geek to undertake the work, you can request a fee proposal instead.
Advice first, instruction later?
If the consultation is about a site and you later instruct Planning Geek to prepare a planning application for that site, the Zoom fee is deducted from our planning application fees.
