Paragraph C: Interpretation of Part 12

We will not be expanding upon Paragraph C, which is for words and phrases used within Part 12 – we say phrases. but actually it just describes how Part 12 sees local authorities and that is it! Anyway. we will not expand upon it within Planning Geek at this time. Not really sure how we could expand anyway….
