Class F: Air traffic services within an airbase
Class F permits development by or on behalf of the Crown on operational land inside an airbase perimeter in connection with air traffic services. It is a site- and purpose-specific right.

Location and purpose
Confirm that the land is operational, lies within the airbase perimeter and the works relate to providing air traffic services. Part 19 defines both ‘airbase’ and ‘air traffic services’ in paragraph U. Other GPDO controls and any separate safeguarding rules can still matter.

F. The carrying out on operational land within the perimeter of an airbase, by or on behalf of the Crown, of development in connection with the provision of air traffic services.
