Which local authorities block HMOs with an Article 4?

We map all local authorities which currently block an HMO with an Article 4. To the best of our knowledge this list is complete. 

However in some areas, only a few roads are restricted, whereas other areas, especially in London are borough wide. We will slowly expand this to give a direct link to the actual Article 4 directions. But this is a work in progress.

Please note that some sites list other areas as having an Article 4 blocking HMOs, we can’t find any evidence to prove some of them. However, please let us know if we are missing any!
